Delivery Times
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Rush orders are shipped within 3-4 business days (additional cost may be necessary). These estimated shippig days DO NOT included transit times and time held by the shipping provider. Shipping days may be delayed around any Holiday season. If we are unable to ship your order within the standard 5-7 business days, we will contact you either by phone, email or both.

Please consider transit & processing time when determining the estimated delivery of your order.

  • USPS Express Mail (1-2 Days including Saturday)
    • From $20.95 and up.
    • Delivery: USPS delivers all business days plus Saturday* except for federal holidays (*Note: We do not ship orders out on Saturdays, however USPS does deliver on Saturdays).
    • Guarantee: Yes (2 Days), guaranteed or your money back on your cost of shipping
    • Tracking: Yes, Complete end-to-end tracking

All Fedex delivery options have complete tracking information. All are guaranteed with the exception of Fedex Ground. Please consider additional time occasionally required by the Fedex holiday shipping schedule.

  • Fedex 3 Day Select (3 Business Days - no Saturday or Sunday delivery)
  • Fedex 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days - no Saturday or Sunday delivery*)
  • Fedex Next Day Air (1 Business Day - no Saturday or Sunday delivery*)

APO (Military Bases)
Any APO orders, will be shipped by USPS. Good APO addressing tips can be on the USPS site here.

International Shipping
USPS International Priority Mail (typically 6-10 business days/not guaranteed/no end-to-end tracking), USPS Express Mail International (typically 3-5 business days/not guaranteed/no end-to-end tracking).

WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER COSTS OF DUTIES AND FEES THAT YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY OR THE TIME YOUR ORDER MAY BE HELD IN CUSTOMS BEFORE DELIVERY.

Please ensure that your ship-to address is the address on file with your credit card company as we do not ship international orders where the ship to and bill to addresses are different.

Free Shipping
Orders within the continental United States will ship free typically via Fedex Ground with a 5-10 business days delivery. We ship all items in one shipment, so we'll wait on any out of stock items to arrive before we ship your order. You should receive an e-mail at the time of the shipment with information on how your package is being shipped along with a tracking number.

* Free shipping is NOT available on sale items.

Back-Order and Pre-Order Shipping

Orders placed online containing items listed as back-ordered or pre-ordered will not be shipped until the order is complete. You should receive an e-mail at the time of the shipment with information on how your package is being shipped along with a tracking number. If you prefer the available items to be shipped ahead of schedule, there will be an additional shipping charge for the second shipment.

View the status of your order here. This page will contain any tracking information. E-mails are also sent when the status of your order has changed with any relevant tracking information.

Refunds for Shipping
Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges unless the problem originated here. This means that if you return or refuse any package then you will be credited for the items in your order (as long as it's within our return guidelines) but NOT for your shipping charges. The reason is simple, Fedex and USPS charge us to ship your package and do not provide refunds to us on returns or refusals. If they did, we would gladly do so as well.
