We realize that most people are not familiar with how ordering custom t-shirts works so we have put together this FAQ in order to help those customers who need a little guidance.
How soon can I expect my items once I place my order?
Our normal turn-around time is 5-7 business days (excluding holidays) for completion of your order. This does NOT include transit times in shipping which can range from 1-10 days depending on your location and preferred shipping method. The turn-around time is, however, subject to change depending on our current work flow and/or holiday season.
I am need of shirts like tomorrow. Is this possible?
If you are in need of a rush order, the only way to ensure this is possible is to contact us and discuss this with one of our customer service reps. They will inform you if your requested in-hands date is possible and if there are any rush fees associated with the quick turn-around.
What happens if I want to return my items?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. Under certain circumstances, however, we do offer replacements if their are issues with your order once received. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for more info on returns and if your order qualifies for replacement, please fill out the Returns form to process your return.
I can't seem to find the exact product that I'm looking for on your site. Do you offer items not listed here?
I'm not familiar with how to use the Design Studio. Do you have a tutorial?
What if I wanted to print on a location not shown within the Design Studio?
If you are looking to print in a location not shown within the Design Studio, please contact us to ensure that this is a possiblity first and we can quote you on that as well. Several additional print locations are available that are not shown within the Design Studio like sleeves, shirt tails, tags, directly on the hood of hoodies, and many more.
How many colors can you print?
We are able to print a maximum of 5 spot colors per design but we offer different print methods that can create an unlimited number of colors. Check out our Screen Printing page for more info.
Will my shirt shrink once washed?
While most t-shirts are labeled as "pre-shrunk," all t-shirts still tend to shrink a bit once washed. Most brands manufacture their shirts slightly larger than nomral to compensate for this so once the shirts is washed, it should shrink to the correct size, however, this is not gauranteed. Please see the measurments on each product page to ensure the proper sizing.
Can I combine items with the same design (ladies, youth & men styles)?
Absolutley. At the moment, our design studio can not handle this request so if this is a requirement for you order, please contact us and we can walk you through the steps required in order to place an order like this.
What is the difference between 100% cotton & 50/50 t-shirts?
The difference between these two styles is that 100% cotton is made up of nothing but a fine cotton material while 50/50 uses a mixture of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. While there are benefits to choosing either one of these, we recommend using 100% cotton as it provides a much better print. A few pros to 50/50 tees are they tend to not shrink as much as 100% cotton and they hold their color much longer than 100% cotton tees.
Can I see a sample print before running my larger order?
If you would like to see a pre-production sample, please Contact us before placing your order and we will let you know the step it takes in order to receive a pre-productions sample. There is an additional charge for pre-production samples.
Are there any additional fees?
No, the price you see on our site is the price you pay. There may be additional art fees if you provide your own artwork and it is not ready to go to production however.
How do I place a reorder?
We offer discounts on all reorders of the same exact imprint so the best way to handle this is to Contact us with your previous order number and we will respond with the necessary steps to place the reorder.
I have a design that I want printed on some shirts. How do I place an order with my design?
Our Design Studio has an option to upload your own artwork. Your design, however, must not be any trademarked or copyrighted material and it is highly recommended to have it set at 300 dpi or greater. If you have a vector file ready to go, your best best is to email it over to us and we can set it up and send you a mock of your design. If your design is not high resolution or camera ready, art fees may apply to your order. We will contact you before production though if your artwork will not work.
